Grapeseed Oil

Oh, the magic of grapeseed oil in these French fries is simply divine! As the golden potatoes sizzle in the skillet, the grapeseed oil adds a light and delicate touch, ensuring they crisp up perfectly without overwhelming the palate. Its neutral flavor allows the fresh rosemary and garlic to shine through, infusing each fry with aromatic goodness.

Grapeseed oil is a healthy choice for frying because it has a high smoke point and contains heart-healthy fats. It's rich in vitamin E and may help reduce inflammation and improve cholesterol levels. Choosing grapeseed oil for these fries makes them a healthier option without compromising on taste!
